Preferences:
- Origination available in Turkish Lira, Euro, US Dollar, British Pound
- Maximum loan term of 20 years
- Maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 65% for EU countries, Switzerland, Norway
- Maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 50% for all other nations
- Maximum loan amount of 500.000 TL or the same amount of loan currency calculated by the up-to-date conversion rates
Required Documents for Application:
- Tax ID Number provided by Turkey
- Appraisal report of the property
- Non- Resident application form (provided by the branch)
- Sample copy of the passport or the original copy of official residence letter
- Credit Bureau record from applicant's home country
- Utility, cable or telecommunication bill noting the address of the customer
- Security check obtained from military authorities in Turkey
- Previous three month's bank account / credit card / overdraft statements
